A national campaign inspiring Belgium to volunteer.

The Challenge

How do you make volunteering relevant again in a world where everyone is “too busy”?

People want to help, they really do. They just don’t know where to start.
Or assume it has to involve a life-changing commitment, hiking socks and a personality transplant.

Meanwhile, organisations everywhere are desperately looking for support.

The Idea

Iedereen Vrijwilliger / Tous Bénévoles

A national invitation for everyone to become a volunteer.

Not by making volunteering feel heavy, formal or difficult.
But by making it feel open, accessible and easier than ever.

The idea was simple: show that volunteering is not only for a specific type of person, organisation or moment.
It is something everyone can do, in their own way, with the time, energy or skills they have.

The Solution

We developed a completely new visual identity for the campaign: fresh, vibrant and modern, designed to make volunteering feel positive, inclusive and easy to join.

From there, we built a full 360° campaign, including TV, long-form and short-form social videos, static social posts, digital out-of-home, classic postering and print ads.

To make the campaign scalable, we also created an easy-to-use toolkit that allowed more than 100 organisations and cities across Belgium to launch and roll out the campaign in a consistent way.

The result was a national campaign that gave one shared message to many different voices: everyone can be a volunteer.
